More details about the participation of YG staff listed on RaNia’s ‘Style’ album jacket!
Although fans already know that Yang Hyun Suk was the producer behind RaNia‘s recent “Style” comeback, it seems YG Entertainment didn’t stop there! A look at their comeback staff list sheet shows that YG has pulled out all the stops to ensure the girls’ success.
As expected, Yang Hyun Suk’s name tops the list as the head producer of the entire work, followed by Choi Pil Kang and Tablo as co-producers, as mentioned previously. Choi Pil Kang is best known for his work with Big Bang‘s earlier hit track, “Monster“.
The two co-composed “Style”, with the lyrics also being penned by Tablo, while producer Teddy, also acted as a vocal director and rap maker.
RaNia’s music video was directed by Cho Soo Hyun, the man behind Psy‘s worldwide hit, “Gangnam Style“. The director is said to have jumped right into “Style” back to back with “Gangnam Style”.
Rounding out the staff list is Lee Jae Wook, the girls’ dance director. Lee has produced the majority of the choreographies for Big Bang, 2NE1, and Se7en. Finally, stylist Yang Seung Ho (Yanggaeng) lent his talents to perfecting the girls’ style. Yang is actually considered the jewel of YG for his impressive work with 2NE1′s unique styles.
Representatives of DR Music expressed, “This staff list will explain everything that has gone on leading up to the girls’ comeback. We would like to thank producer Yang Hyun Suk for all of the hard work he put into this along with the members of Big Bang who gave the girls supportive advice every time they visited the rehearsal studio.”
